There was a pre arrival online check in that I completed, however when we arrived , we needed to do everything again which resulted in three trips back to the car.
Property is in dire need of room touch up and deep cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

This time there was no microwave in the room and our key stopped working before we checked out. The man at the desk was not very helpful or concerned that we were locked out an hour before checkout.
