The property was very spacious for the whole family . Nice location . Staff very friendly and quick response .

Posted 21 Oct 2022 on HotelsKudos for the entire stay. My friend and I had plenty of room to chill out, the accommodations supplied us with all our needs. The bathrooms included soap shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for us to cook, and allowed for easy cleanup. The living room had cable, a working fireplace and comfy furniture. The yard was well maintained and helped with our enjoyment. It was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful sta!!!

Convenient slope side condo
Posted 12 Dec 2020 on HotelsNice property right on the slopes and two minutes from the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. Good size with multiple sleeping areas. Slightly dated but overall very nice. The only complaint is that a snow storm came in the night we arrived and the driveway was not plowed for two days even though others around us were. We were able to get out with all wheel drive but it wasn’t easy.

Thank you so much, John! We have alerted the association that the driveway wasn't plowed - that's definitely unusual and we don't have an explanation for it. They are generally very good at snow removal! In the future, please don't hesitate to contact us if there is ANY issue, we can contact the contractor and make sure they get right to it!

AWESOME place

Smell in unit 24 overwhelming. Walked in and left Do not go to this unit

Thank you for your feedback. Unit 24 was a same-day departure on the day of your visit. We asked our staff and they said that the guests who checked out in the morning of your arrival had used the kitchen and there was a bit of food smell, but they didn't think it was bad. Concerned by your call, we visited the unit right after your call and found nothing but a faint smell of perhaps chicken or bacon around the dining room/kitchen, plus the smell of wood that's typical of many mountain homes. Certainly nothing that would make me "walk in and leave," which I find a bit ludicrous. While this is not by any means a luxury unit, every guest so far has found it comfortable and enjoyable (not to mention, it has killer ski access!) - but with the rental of a private home, of course you may find some residual food smell if someone cooked bacon or strong smelling foods on the day of your arrival. It would be the same in every house and I find it excessive that anyone would be compelled to leave a 1-star review because of some chicken smell. We of course feel terrible for your negative experience, and appreciate your feedback. We have asked our cleaners to use some deodorizers when strong smells are detected, but they didn't feel it was warranted (and we have to agree). We value all of our guests' feedback and take action whenever we can. In this case, of course, there is not much we can do since everything was in order, and any residual smell went away quickly.
