Unique, cool area. Short walk into historic downtown. Staff were very helpful. They also communicated prior to check in. Room and bathroom were spacious. Safe, walkable area to grocery and restaurants.

Complimentary Brixen card for free transit and free museum entries. Nice, small outdoor pool. Good breakfast. 10 minute walk into Old Town Brixen.
