Like the dorm room of your nightmares. Linoleum floors, bed that slides across the floor on wheels, cracked walls, old wooden wardrobes, no thermostat, loud banging door outside our room, tiny TV monitor on the wall. Not at all like the photos on the website. No kitchen at all. No lamps.
I don't understand how anyone gives this property an excellent rating -- compared to what? A tent? We had to leave. Lady at the front desk was nice and offered to move us to a different room, but we'd seen enough and just wanted to leave.

Excellent staff! It was so easy to check-in and we had no problems. You can purchase breakfast at a low price and it was great value. The location cannot be beat as it's very close to the rail station. There are so many restaurants, pubs and stores within easy walking distance.

Very pleasant and helpful receptionist.
Literally 2 mins from Brentwood tube. (Elizabeth Line)
Half the price of the premier inn and plenty of parking so yes would recommend.

The room was bigger than I expected, the shower was clean and the room smelled nice all through my stay. Please keep it up.
