Locked out of Holiday Inn Brent Cross
Posted 13 Mar 2020 on HotelsI arrived at Holiday Inn Brent Cross to find the doors locked. Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer.
When I arrived at the Wembley Hotel, my room was a twin and not a double as booked. I requested a different room but the hotel was full. The room provided suffered from excessive noise generated by the nearby lift which sounded like someone drilling and sound proofing windows which were not fitted properly so there was a lot of noise from outside. I confirmed the details to staff on departure but no offer of compensation for any of the inconvenience of this trip.

Posted 29 Feb 2020 on HotelsA hotel in london with a car park. Perfect for us. A clean tidy hotel. Staff were pleasant. Rooms comfy. More than enough breakfast options. Shopping centre just across the road for evening food options. We will be back.

Great London break
Posted 20 Feb 2020 on HotelsAC very noisy an needed to turn off at night. For the price this is a great hotel and near the tube to get into London. Also they offer a good shuttle service, but his is only one way.

Old for new.
