Host was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Only complaint was curtains are needed. Property is very well lit after dark, which is great, but trying to sleep with blinds only was not fun.

I've stayed here before and knew that my next trip to Brenham had to include Far View! Gorgeous rooms, spectacularly clean, and an incredible breakfast served by charming hosts! I love walking through the gardens and seeing all the history of the home! I can't recommend Far View enough! I love it here.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Far View-A Bed and Breakfast Estate. We stayed in the Balcony Room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was decorated beautifully. The view from the balcony was very pleasing to the eye. The whole property was gorgeous. Steve and Lynda were a wonderful hosts and provided a delicious breakfast. We plan on staying there again and we would highly recommend It!

This b n b was just what I needed. Family wedding and it was close, very friendly, and the breakfasts were great! The property is gorgeous and the hosts were fabulous!

Great breakfast! Be prepared to spend some time there for it. It’s at 7:30 & is served in courses. Hosts were great. It was a little like staying in a great grandparents home as far as decor. It was cozy though. Bed was comfy and room had a private bath.

Steve and Lynda were excellent hosts. The breakfasts were 5 star and the beds/pillows were really really comfortable. This is the ONLY place I will stay while in Brenham:
