the phone in my room didn't work to call down to the desk to find out what the wifi password was, which is usually expected to be on the room info sheet inside the room (it wasn't). their drink machines were broken which was rather inconvenient since its their only one in the building. staying there was convenient for what i needed but i had just expected more from the overall stay. even check in was difficult as i had called ahead to let them know id be checking in late, which they told me to do just in case, and they had told me they will leave a note for the next shift and they never did which meant checking in with the new desk manager take quite a while.

Just a motel, nothing great and the little foreign guy that checked us in (must be the owner) you could tell he was not very nice to his employees.

Can tell they’re doing a bit of renovation outside. Room was good except door handle was tricky as it was loose.. front desk promised to tell maintenance asap

This will definitely not be an option moving forward. They charged me a $100 deposit and said it would be refunded. My wife contacted me and let me know they did refund it when I checked out, then recharged it when I left. Can’t get anyone on the phone to discuss. It wasn’t a terrible hotel just kinda “put together” if you know what I mean.

My room was very old with rust and repaired broken bathroom tiles. The carpet was disgusting...I had to wear flipflops anytime I walked. The window wouldn't open. The pool was only 5' deep!! The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffel maker. I called in advance to discuss my upcoming trip and at the end of the conversation I asked for the first name of the person who I talked with. She refused to give it quoting company policy. When I pushed back saying I only wanted a first name she hung up on me!!!!! When I called back I asked for the manager. She told me they were out and offered to take a message. I asked for a name, she refused to give me the manager's name. When I told her I had never in 40 years heard of someone refusing to give a name, she hung up on me again!!!!! I definitely would recommend staying somewhere else.
