Could be better!

We needed a few things after a night check in and everything was locked up and we could get no assistance.
Beds were not comfortable.
Room and bathroom were clean and large, but very very dated.

Posted 23 Nov 2019 on HotelsI was allocated a room on the 2nd floor in a block on the other side of the road to the hotel, and walked over the road to the hotel for meals. The block did not have the benefit of a lift. However, this was fine, as I only took an overnight bag with me, and appreciated having the exercise after a long drive ; although I might have taken a different view had it been raining ! The room was huge and comfortable and very clean. Dinner was good as well as being good value, although I would have liked the menu to have had an English translation. The following morning, I had a good continental breakfast which was included in the room price. Overall, I felt it represented excellent value for money, and intend to stay there again.
