Stay away!
Posted 26 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe booked two rooms for our family and the first room was not made at all, entirely dirty. The second room was made but was still really dirty, holes in the wall, shaky bed, dirty bathroom - toilet not flushed. We booked two other rooms at the Moxy. Also not the first bad experience with a&o hostel but this was insane. Never again, pay a few Euros more for a clean hotel!
Hotels.com didn't help us at all.

Happy for your guest kitchen with wash machine and dryer and lots of another facilities.
Fruit water on the reception was amazing.

Posted 9 Jun 2023 on HotelsIts very cheap, thats the only good thing. Arrived late, doors were locked, thankfully someone else was entering when i got there. Took an hour to get checked in. Someone was in the bed already. When i did get an available bed, the road noise was very loud and the room quite hot, despite the window being open and the outside being quite cool (it must be unbearable when its actually hot outside). The showerhead was broken. Very shady area. Second A&O hostel i've tried and i would never stay at this brand again.

Pros:
- price,
- 10 minutes by walk to the city center
Cons:
- noisy, thin walls
- room doesn’t clean enough
- shower holder is broken
- poor breakfast
- tiered looking furniture
