"It is a good place to stay if you are in for a few weeks. The kitchen is good if you are doing simple cooking. On the other hand cooking involving boiling frying causes water to condensate as the air is humid as well. It is close enough to amenities. You need to be able to walk reasonably well. "

"Great location close to everything. I only stayed one night but enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was a bit basic with no other amenities than a kettle and some cups. The restaurant was great with lovely food and very nice staff. "I didn’t realize that the property was far from the strip. Expedia said 18 min walk but the walk is down many streets. There are no restaurants nearby, we had to hop in the car to get anywhere. It was a close drive to carvoeiro downtown and a good location to do hiking but everything must be accessed with a car. "Porto Bay Falesia is a beautiful property is a great location for accessing various areas of The Algarve. Our stay involved only one issue (Rm 296) with a leak from the A/C which was a fall risk concern. Maintenance staff quickly assessed and left, and we were offered another room but it was 8 pm and weren't prepared to relocate at that time. The carpet was dry the next day but didn't allow us to turn on the A/C. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!"
