"The hotel is an apartment with no normal convinces. Very utilitarian and not comfortable. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The pool maybe the highlight but I was not looking forward to a pool vacation. The receptionist was a delight but could not overcome the run down facility. "

"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "I can't say enough about the staff: extremely caring and accommodating! This is a beautiful property with an incredible location-- the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Highly recommended in every respect but with one caution. This is not an easy location to get to and from. It's a great place to stay put but not for daily getting out to explore the area."

"The room and hotel in general were very clean, the reception staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is only a 4 minutes walk from the train station which was convenient to get around (and about a 25 min walk to get to downtown Nice). Although it says it in the name, I wasn't aware that the place was also a "residence" (retirement home), so the building is shared between them and the tourists, which was kind of funny to see. The room was only cleaned once throughout our stay, which can be explained by it not being only a hotel. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Cote d'Azur."
