Booked a single room and it was quiet small on third floor. Not really a 4 star hotel room. Small bed with poor pillows. Breakfast fine but nothing special. Staff all nice.

The person that checked us in was great but then the night shift person. Not so much. We had an issue with the room and had to request a room change. We felt this should have been offered, not requested.

Great location. Close to restaurants and the Pfanderbahn.
