It was okay for a stopover, but no hot water in the shower. No hair dryer. Comfortable bed.

It was a bit run down but acceptable for the price What infuriated me was they charged me $9 to check in 2 hours early I have asked many places if they had a room ready a couple hours before check in Every other time either they do and let me go in (almost always) or they don’t and tell me I have to wait I would have left had I not prepaid online

Great price, easy to get to. You get what you pay for. Authentic motel experience. The beds were comfy!

Booking was cancelled by property the day of trip. The number listed on Orbitz and anywhere online doesn't go to the property but goes to a foreign call center. Out of six times trying to connect to someone, was only able to get through once, and even then was not able to rectify the cancellation on their end.
Thank goodness I called to confirm since I was arriving later due to travel. I could only imagine getting there and being told there was no room despite having booked two months in advance.
OYO is a terrible company that lacks anything resembling customer service. Luckily Orbitz was able to get a refund for their errors and luckily I booked a better property since the reviews of this property are lackluster at best.
I will never deal with OYO again and can only hope someone will see this review and reconsider booking with such a horrid company.

Not a pleasant night.
Posted 24 May 2024 on HotelsThis place needs at least cosmetic renovation and upgrade. Old, old, old. Basic room features, clogged bathroom sink, noisy highway, and old beatenup beddings. Stay away if possible.

Nice little place for a quick stop

low cost and clean

Frozen
