Dog friendly and close to the forest but the hotel feels like it is overdue an upgrade. The bathroom in our room was outdated and not nice. No plug sockets by the bed, even though the bedroom appeared to have been updated. A large tip in the curtains.

Great location for hiking and biking and walks to town, excellent breakfast. Very good restaurant. Several rooms have been modernized, most rooms are older but quaint and clean. Stay at hotel several times a year and always enjoy my time .

Isolated and too far out of the city. Hostage to over-priced restaurant (I had no car so never once got into the city as can fares too high)

Dear guest, thank you very much for your review and feedback. Our hotel is located at the south of Breda at the edge of the forrest. The city centre is 3km away from the hotel and accessible via bus, taxi or it is even possible to rent a bike in our hotel. The Ginneken market with some restaurants and bars is within 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. You can always come to the desk to get some information about the surroundings.
