The people working at the property were laughing very loud at 6:37am. They kept talking and laughing very very loud until 9:10am. Dont get me wrong, I love happy people, specially the people that work hard to make our room nice and cozy. But non stop loud talking before 8am on vacation, not ok.

am writing regarding a disappointing experience with my recent booking at your hotel. On November 19th, I accidentally booked a room for November 19th to November 20th, but I had intended to book for November 21st to November 22nd. I discovered my mistake on November 20th while waiting for a train ride and immediately contacted the hotel manager to resolve the issue. The manager acknowledged that such mistakes happen and even mentioned having made a similar error himself. While he offered to assist me with rebooking, no discount or compensation was offered, even though I had already spent a lot of money on the original reservation for two rooms that I never had the chance to experience. I booked these rooms with the intention of taking my spouse on a special trip to Breckenridge, and the outcome was deeply disappointing. I understand that policies around cancellations and no-shows exist; however, this was an honest mistake, and I reached out promptly to address it. I would have appreciated some form of accommodation, such as a partial refund, discount on the rebooking, or credit for a future stay.

Emily and Travis at the front desk were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed and more that we didn't even know we needed. The room was perfect, clean & well stocked with everything. PS: We grabbed a shuttle from the Denver airport because everything is walkable in Breckenridge.

Nowhere on the reservation did it mention that this was a Hyatt property. We couldn't find the property while driving so we parked and walked. Still had a hard time and walked in to the Hyatt which is where the reservation was. The underground parking garage was a NIGHTMARE. We were told to only park where a Hyatt sign was but couldn't find anything. Got lost trying to get back to the reservation desk. Room was still not ready after 4:30. Overall bad experience.

Great place to stay! Our room was great, beds comfy and great location! I would definitely recommend! Travis and all the staff at the front desk were wonderful!

The hotel was very well priced. The room was very comfortable and had a mini kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, cookware and utensils. The large jacuzzi tub was an unexpected addition. Everyone was very friendly.
