"The apartment was overall very good, only let down by a poorly fitted kitchen tap, which was very wobbly but worked. We appreciated the supplied teabags, sachets of coffee, soap, towels etc. The deposit system was a bit confusing - I expected to see a £250 payment on my card to be followed by a refund, but it seems they just held the card details "in case" so I guess no charge will be made now, after over a week. "What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"
