Moldy and Broken

This place should be closed. It has apparently not recovered from the last hurricane. The carpet was sticky, the whole room smelled horribly of mold, and all the furniture and electrical fixtures were in poor repair. I should have known by the blue tarps on the roof, and the surprise on the desk clerks face when someone actually walked in.

I was lied to. Pool WAS NOT OPEN as told to me in a previous call. This was the MAIN reason we wanted to stay there to continue celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Carpet was disgusting, left our feet BLACK. DO NOT STAY THERE. Spend a little more for a much better stay ANYWHERE ELSE. (This is my only negative review of ALL the properties we have stayed in. We have traveled North, South, East and West)

They have false advertising on there website it shows there’s a nice clean pool but when I arrived it was black and green I even called a head of time to ask them if it was and they told me it was The whole reason why I even got the hotel was so I could bring my little sister swimming, but the fan hit the wall whenever I arrived to see that it wasn’t and when I requested a refund, they did not give it to

Sorry to hear thatBut I was working when you said you had called the hotel and you didn’t call. Also you stayed the whole night and wanted a refund. If you really didn’t wanted to stay due to pool you should have requested when you checked in not when you check out even though you had checked out 1 hour past the check out time. And then when you checked out you broke the shower rod which I have a picture of as a proof for future reference.
