"This is a getaway for locals alike, which is all you need to know. My family has frequented this hotel for decades and while visiting from the US, I picked this for a quick getaway with my husband. We enjoyed fantastic wellness facilities, including a sauna, followed by a dip in the pool, relaxing by the lake and a swim in the lake. Imagine a pristine lake, surrounded by the Alps and random sailboats in the water as your view. What more do you need? Let me add, it was peaceful. All I heard were...

"Beautiful and quiet. Close to Staffelsee and Murnau town by car. Really enjoy the resort especially the breakfast and pools. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Great place to relax, will definitely stay again, good value for the money."

"Very nice and quiet location closed to the lake. Included Bavarian breakfast buffet is amazing. Big room, lake view, very clean, and warm staff. Careful with opening balcony door or mosquitoa will invade and disturb your sleep. Area has a lot of trails to walk around, specially nice path near lake which is fully walkable around the lake. "A lovely property in a stunning location. All very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar both closed on Monday and Tuesday. This was NOT made clear on booking so was an inconvenience to our stay as no other dining options within walking distance. Breakfast 15€ pp, although very nice was not value for money. "
