The property was very dated. The host and his family were wonderful and very accommodating.

It is family owned and it has been a local fixture for generations. The accommodations are basic, clean and affordable. There is a good variety of breakfast items that are available to guests.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and it was perfect! Warm and friendly staff, super cute property with bird feeders and pretty flowers/plants inside and out. We would definitely stay here again!
Side note: dinner at Kiplings and Cosmic Bowl were both standouts!

The front desk reception people were very nice. Great king mattress. The only problem was a very dirty carpet. My bare feet turned brown on the bottom. I told the reception as I left and they said they would clean the carpet.

Old. Needs an upgrade. Old carpets in the rooms.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that we did not rate higher with you. For the price point in the area, we offer clean, comfortable guest rooms. We are indeed an older property, but well maintained-our guestrooms have new tvs, new bathroom flooring, granite furniture, and our carpets were just recently replaced! They are all within 3 years old. We are sorry we were not what you were looking for, but we appreciate your feedback none the less.

Stayed one night while traveling. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. I liked the varied choices of bed pillow, making it easy to find one that suited my sleep style.

Truly, the only thing we didn’t like was the smell of the room, it just smelt wayyy too much like mildew, we had to run out and buy a candle. But the front desk lady was super nice, there was a family or two enjoying the pool, it was quiet, it was convenient. Perfect stay for one night.

Although "breakfast" was advertised, what was offered barely met the standard for a continental breakfast. Also, the coffee was horrible.
While the room was clean, it was somewhat dated.

Thank you for your feedback. To be clear, we offer "grab and Go' breakfast items not continental. It includes bottled water, coffee and teas, orange and cranberry juice, assorted granola bars, fresh fruits, yogurt , coffee cakes and pop tarts. Is is meant to be a simple quick start to your day-not the pre-covid continental style breakfast we used to serve. We are clear at check in and on all websites that we offer grab and go items since Covid. We prefer to keep our focus on what we do best-offer very clean and comfortable guest rooms, an outstanding outdoor pool, microwaves and mini fridges, wifi, HBO and Cinamax.
