Check in was easy and he was very nice and helpful .
Access to VIP lounge was a bonus ….especially for coffee & snacks . Also met some other people who were enjoyable to talk to . The weather was raining & cold but still enjoyed my stay .
Cons : The bed was uncomfortable and did not have a good pad underneath ( yuck ). The pillow cases did not smell that clean or pillows were old ? Bed linens were scratchy ( not on par with other hotels with nicer thread count and or all cotton ). Bathrobe was not soft either ….
But it was a great stay and VERY convenient to rail station and easy access using bolt .

This place was clean and the front desk was quite helpful. The breakfast was worth the money and there was a 110v outlet for US razors.

The hotel gave us everything that we needed and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Very good stay in Bratislava

The rooms carpets were stained and dirty, the rooms were nice but hallways needed alot of upgrade.
