They "overbooked" and canx our reservation!
Posted 15 Jun 2022 on HotelsOne hour before check-in, I received an email with the subject line "All is full, please cancel." This email, apparently sent by the apartment manager, came from a private email, not through the hotels.com system. The email was also not signed in a way to indicate who it came from. I almost deleted it as spam. Since I replied and got clarification, I was able to contact hotels.com and coordinate new lodging while we were still on the train to Bratislava. Unfortunately for us, our new lodging had no kitchen, no washing machine, and was located outside the limits of public transportation. This made our stay much more expensive and unenjoyable. Only book with these people if you like to gamble on whether or not you will actually have your reservation honored.

Terrible and unacceptable experience with the owner and Expedia. Nobody was there to greet us, very poor communication once we got in touch with the owner. My 83 year old grandmother, who has fled the war in Ukraine, had to stand for 2 hours to wait for the owner's arrival (which never happened). We were later told there was no room available and they would not honour the confirmed and paid for Expedia booking. We had to find a last-minute accommodation in a foreign country, late at night. Awful experience! Do not recommend.

I liked the big rooms it is really perfect for families
And very clean and calm
Didn’t like
-1 check out too early ( 10 am )
2- can’t raise heat and I don’t know why , it was cold night and couldn’t raise the heater at all

Posted 17 Aug 2016 on HotelsPros: Very nice, spacious (80m2) 2-bed modern serviced apartment. Perfect bathroom with the brand new washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking.
Cons: Superslow internet and very early checkout (10am). Remote location - you'll definitely need a car.

Lack of hospitality
Posted 18 Apr 2016 on HotelsThe apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated,with all modern equipment you could asked for,however there was not a single tea bag or coffee to start with on your arrival. Not a welcome note or city information about connection to the nearest shop or bus stop. It was advertised as being central location which wasn't the case.
I wouldn't recommend this place unless there is some improvement - hospitality is what makes people coming back and this wasn't there in any format.

Save yourself a night of trouble
Posted 10 Sep 2015 on HotelsWe got to the apartment after making a reservation and were informed that they did not receive anything from hotel.com and our apartment was already full... It was 9pm after a 6 hours drive from Krakow, and had to drive from hotel to hotel to find a room since we did not have any internet connection. We ended up having to book a room that was much more expensive than we intended after running around town until 11pm.

Pros: Sauna, pool and people
Location: Everything was very well. Near to transportation, parking in the place.
the hotel had everything that we needed, but the room was hot and hot and hot. only one ventilator for five people. the other things were very well.
