In few words: Exceptional staff managing an exceptional hotel. In more words: Customer service fit for a 7 star hotel on par with dubai's finest, from the check-in, manager and Director, i was shocked to find this in Romania where customer service is more on the lacking part. The hotel itself is a 5 star hotel.

Not a 5 star hotel experience. Staff needs more training and experience. Having one more valet parking/ concierge wouldn’t hurt either!!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson in Braşov! The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff were polite and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with patience and professionalism. Special thumbs-up to Corina at the front-desk who assisted us with multiple questions! The only cons is the parking, which can be a bit tricky if you prefer to park in the proximity of the hotel.

The property was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is an issue but we used valet which was great. (Thanks Robert!)

Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.
