"Avoid at All Costs! (0/5 Stars) If I could give zero stars, I would! This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There was NO internet, NO water, and NO air conditioning—completely unacceptable! The hotel’s description is entirely misleading; nothing was as advertised. Staying here for even one night was unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!"

"Best hotel in Brasilia. I always stay here with my family. The rooms are spacious and the bed linnens and towels are of high quality. I will say that I wish the suites offered a bit more perks than just a larger room to justify the price or also wish they had suites that had more than one bedroom. "

"The apartment was in very bad conditions. Very dirty, bad, pillows and bad clothes in a very poor quality. Dangerous electricity wires. The property shouldn't be listed for rent. I left the place after the 1st night and would like to have my money back as soon as possible. "

"I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔 "

"a rede de internet não aparece como opção para logar (não tivemos acesso a internet), o quarto não estava tão limpo como foi dito, não havia bucha de cozinha, o shampoo e condicionador "disponível" não deveriam ser colocados como um ponto positivo. A área comum é excelente e linda mas o quarto deixou um pouco a desejar."
