This property is old and outdated. Carpet in the room was old and dirty. Wall trim was coming off in several places in the bathroom. No lock on side entry doors where most hotels use a lock that has to be open with a room key. I will not stay here again!

We were told that there would Meals available in their restaurant on-site however once we got there we were informed that their restaurant was closed and was closed all weekend also also we put the tag out on the door to have fresh towels and room service and when we got back we didn't have clean towels or anything else I will not stay at the Best Western hotel again

I felt safe, it was super quiet and really clean, this is the only one in the Branson area that DOES NOT SERVE BREAKFAST, they have a restaurant in site that serves breakfast for $12 a person, it's not worth that much
