They weren’t there when it was time to check in. The hotel was basically abandoned. I was still charged and Expedia wouldn’t refund my money either. It doesn’t get much worse than that.

After I made this reservation I needed to pay the overnight fee for my dog, $20 was reasonable. We called the front fest of the hotel (at 11 AM) 3 times and got no answer. When we showed up to the property (1 PM) the lobby was dark, all doors locked, and not a single person in sight. We called multiple times and waited an hour, still no one. 3 other guests that made the mistake we did by booking this hotel came and left due to no one being here. We were never able to get any help or checked into our room. No response to getting a refund, we just paid for a hotel we never got to stay in. Oh and they even messages us the following day asking “how was your stay?” Clearly this hotel is unaware of anything going on for its guests. 0/10 service.

there was no one there the place was closed down. We had to find another place to stay. I need my money back, please.

We arrived at the hotel to find the workers had all quit, manager had walked out, hotel was dark and locked up. We were not able to check in and had no place to stay. We drove down the highway until we found a vacancy, paid and checked into another hotel, even though we had already paid to stay at Branson Welcome Inn. Terrible experience! We were not the only customers in this situation. There were several others with the same experience.

Don’t reserve a room! I reserved a room and no one was in the lobby. Was told this motel is closed down, but will still let you reserve a room and will steal your money!!!

This is the WORST place we have ever stayed! We booked for 2 nights. The place had good reviews so we tried it out. We stayed Friday and woke up to BED BUGS!! Of course we packed everything up and went to the front desk to let them know and the lady acted like it was no big deal! Also, I spilled on the floor Friday night, when I cleaned it up with a bright white wash cloth it was completely BLACK! Needless to say we wore our shoes the entire time we were there. This place is so disgusting! Do NOT stay here!

Ms Laura, We had the pest control company come in to check out your accusation about bed bugs being in your room and there were not any in the room. As far as your floor if you had let us know we would have come back in to re-clean the room to your satisfaction. But making false statements about bed bugs in your room is not true we take a lot of pride in this hotel to make sure every room is clean and safe for our guest and we did give you a complete refund on your room no question asked . Also the front desk staff that you spoke of was trying to let you know that she had already started the process of your refund for your stay while you were in front of her. When you came back in to drop off the key card she again attempted to let you know that the refund had been completed and to give you a copy to show proof of the refund to which you walked away and left the building.
