We stay here a few times a year, and it always has the best continental breakfast. It is also cleaner than most other places. The breakfast was great again this year, although there was no apple or orange juice (but the strawberry-kiwi juice was a good replacement).
However, one negative aspect of this trip was that the pool house was rather chilly this year. But the biggest issue was the cleanliness. It was not as clean as usual. The sheets were not very clean, and we ended up killing a roach in the room.
Finally, their customer service is always excellent, but the lady at the front desk on this trip was not overly friendly or helpful. We were a little surprised at that because that has never happened.
All in all, we likely will explore other options when we return to Branson next time.

This was our second time to stay here with young kids. The indoor pool is wonderful, the included breakfast is awesome, the rooms are clean, we will definitely return.

Good location, the pool and hot tub were lovely, great choice for families with children, but the breakfast area was extremely busy both mornings of our stay which made it difficult to get food and was too crowded to really sit and enjoy a meal.

Our room smelled dirty and moldy. The room as clean but stunk. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so they kept coming off. The pillows are terrible too. We have stayed here before but won’t again.

Wouldn't vacuum our room. Had to get our own towels, toilets were too low and housekeeping did not speak a word of english.
