Property is beautiful but my room was disgusting. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Popcorn and the tops of strawberries on the floor, toilet looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag and layers of dust on everything. Looked like it was last cleaned in 1980 with its last remodel.

This property is beautiful! The staff were amazing. The rooms are old and dusty. Our window was broken. We were on the 3rd floor above something that made noise all night. The restaurant is a mess. I don’t understand why it took so long to seat people. Slow service. The food was not worth the price they were charging. Very unfortunate. They have a lot of work they need to do at this property.

The resort fee is just an add on fee to further cost the customer. The same is true for the self parking fee. We won't be returning.
