Decent stay with exception of very cold pool. Asked if heat could be turned up and desk said up as high as it goes. Kids tried twice but couldn’t get past the cold temps. Was so disappointing. Beds comfortable but pool def not up to par.

Not sure if problem mine. Could not warm room. Reset room temp. But no heat. Good that outside weather was warmer than expected..

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was perfect for my needs
