"Was a great experience especially having a kitchen in our room, theres a tesco next door as well. The only thing i would say that needs improvement it the noise, due to high winds theres so much noise you can hear inside the room, it can get really loud sometimes so keep the weatger conditions in mind when booking and it is a 10 minute walk to the underground."

"Doesn’t get much more perfect than this for me. Groceries about 6 min away. Buses, trains about 15 min max walk. Easy to walk to Tower Bridge and Borough/London Bridge. Excellent correspondence.. Peaceful building. Great heating. All the details are there of a true house guest. You will need to be diligent as the place is well run by details and will benefit you as well. Can’t remember the last time I had a working tele to enjoy. Will return. "

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

Great for Central London

"For a place to stay that's in easy reach of the West End and other London attractions this is ideal. We had an accessible Studio apartment, which meant plenty of room and a cooking area with fridge. With a Co-Op and Sainsbury's just out the door we could make our own meals and save money. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly. There was a little rumbling from the trains but nothing to keep us awake. It's a basic room but that's all you need. We didn't have a view but not bothered about that. The TV didn't work but the wi-fi did so I would advise taking your own fire stick if you want to watch stuff. We parked at the Brittanic car park round the corner (under the railway lines). At £20 a day it's decent value and most of London is a 30-minute walk away so what you spend on parking you won't need to spend on public transport. We enjoyed exploring the South Bank and central London at our leisure, with plenty to do on that side of the river anyway. "

"We loved Citizen M. It's cool, trendy, clean, modern and perfectly located. Particular stand-outs are: - 7th floor bar overlooking Tower of London and the city. - trendy home-from-home spaces on the ground floor - compact but perfectly functioning and clean room A great place for people who like all the fine things in a luxury hotel but minus the price tag. "

Great price, great location

"Absolutely loved our stay, from check in the staff were all very friendly and happy to help! We had two twin rooms next to each other, as requested, the view was lovely and it was nice and quiet. Rooms do need updating, but they were very clean, warm and comfortable. We would stay here again."
