VERY hot in the building, even our own hotel room we couldn’t get it to cool down, window open and bought a fan. the pool and hot tub aren’t working and wasn’t made aware until after i paid already. woke up with bites all over my body (couldn’t find any bugs but still uncomfortable).

It was incredible warm in the hotel , stairwell, hallways and room . Our window was wide open so we could breathe . We called the front desk early evening nothing was done . Would not stay there again . They did nothing except sorry . I’m really getting tired of people saying sorry without backing it up with action

Disappointed the pool wasn’t opened and would have like to been told that before paging $40 for a late check out. I also don’t like how I did the check in on my phone but then still had to do it when I got here.
