Did not like the breakfast that was supposed to go til 9:30. The waffle machine was not refilled when it ran out before 9:00. A new batch was made but put in the fridge!
This property is getting run-down but clean.

Room was clean. Facet leaked abit in bathroom . Found bed to be just a little too hard for my liking.

We checked in and was greeted with a nice staff mwmbwr followed by a rude and bossy second member.
Upon arrival to our room, there was a crap in the toilet and a womans feminine product in the garbage of the bathroom.
We went to work for thw night and didnt return. Will not be booking there in the future

I can assure you your experience does not in any way measure up to our standards for cleanliness and guest service. I have discussed the entire situation with our executive housekeeping manager and her team Re-training to our proper standards has already begun. This training will be followed by room inspection training.This in no way makes up for your experience, but we hope that these measures will allow you to give us another chance in the future.
