I reached the property at almost 4am after checking in online to say I'll be arriving late after midnight. For some reason the concierge couldn't find that I had checked it.I showed it to him on my phone which he agreed to wave the no show. I was pleased with that. The room was spacious and clean. Quiet and just according to my taste.I'll definitely recommend.

Property itself was fine, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Only downfall I would say is early check-in isn’t allowed, it’s against their policy. We tried a few times to inquire about checking in early, prior to going to the wedding, and could not. Also, we got charged for water from the room despite us not taking anything (we came from a wedding) and also there not even being anything in the room.

M at the front desk was unprofessional. I booked two rooms and he gave one away. Refused to speak to me or explain what happened. Told me it wasn’t his problem. Completely disrespectful and dismissive of me. Send me away in the middle of the night with no place to stay despite email confirmation and a paid receipt. Refused to even look at my paperwork, receipt or proof of reservation. This employee had blatant disregard for guest safety.
