3 of us (my parents and myself) planned to spend 2 nights in the Margaret River region while on holiday in Perth visiting my brother. We were looking for some reasonably priced self catering accommodation, and this came up on trip advisor. The cottages have a cosy, rustic feel, situated right amongst the vines. They are well appointed and comfortable, with 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, a shower room and separate toilet, and lounge/dining area with kitchen. There is also a nice outdoor area with barbeque, but it was unusual chilly for January so we stayed indoors! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The cottages are well located, course to Margaret River town, and the many wineries and beaches along caves. The only small fault was that one or two of the blinds need some repair. Otherwise it was a fantastic, comfortable good value base for a short break

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you so much for your lovely review of our chalets, we’re thrilled you enjoyed your stay. We really appreciate you bringing up the blinds & have had our staff check them & move forward to rectify this issue. We hope to see you again in the future!

Tranquil setting in the vineyards.

Private 2-bdrm cottage with all amenities. 10 min drive in to Margaret River. A little dated. We enjoyed having all the home-comfort facilities and peaceful environment and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Thank you for staying with us Peter! We enjoyed having you two and especially having a chance to have a chat at our cellar door. We have passed on all your comments to our team and cannot wait to work every day to make our small estate better for everyone!

Loved looking out on the vineyards and garden.

Pros: Privacy and atmosphere. Self contained.
Cons: A coffee & tea shop
Location: You can visit the caves, beach, shops, chocolate, olive factories. Plenty of wineries.
Nice and private, staff friendly and helpful. View of the gardens from every window. Would stay again. Very clean and tidy.

Good location, adequate if prepared

Posted 30 Sep 2016
This is in a handy spot, but close to highway so bring earplugs. The heating is quite poor if weather is sub 15 degrees. The surrounds are pretty - and the cottage spacious with adequate cooking facilities. There are no provisions (eg salt, pepper, sugar, milk, coffee, tea, soap) so you do need to bring everything. It was difficult to get bath linen. If using Expedia be careful - apparently there is a box you must check if you want both beds to be made up. This place does not automatically make up the two bedrooms you have booked.

Went with a friend, had nice cosy fire at night and during the day adventured out each day into the vast options in the Margaret River-Yallingup region

Make time for wine tasting!

Posted 6 Apr 2016 on Hotels
Our room wasn't quite ready upon check in but that meant we had a prime opportunity to sample some of their wines (try the Malbec!). When ready, we took a short drive to the back of the estate where "Suffolk" Cottage was waiting for us. The location was excellent; we had views of the grapevines. The rooms were well appointed with a decent sized living area with 2 sofas, 2 side tables and a good sized tv. The open plan kitchen/dining room was well furnished with everything you'd need for self catering. A sliding door from the living room opened out to a decking area with outdoor table and chairs. The bedrooms were near identical, had ample space to move around in, with a good sized & very comfortable bed, ample storage for hanging clothes, a shelf & enough room to fit 2 large suitcases. The bathroom had a decent sized shower & plenty of counter space around the sink to spread out our toiletries bags. There was a washing machine & clothes horse which we were glad to make use of & complimentary detergent was provided! I loved that the complimentary toiletries & cleaning products were of a standard size as you'd have in your own home as opposed to the tiny bottles that are usually provided. The only "fault" we could think of was that we found it very easy to miss the turning to Adinfern from Bussel Highway at night but it was also comforting that the location was secluded. In all, a wonderful and comfortable stay, & we couldn't recommend it enough!

Relaxing getaway amongst the vines

Posted 11 Aug 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Great location, peaceful and relaxing.
Location: Close to Margaret River township and heart of winery country.
Adinfern is a boutique winery with 2 very well appointed rammed earth cottages surrounded by well tended gardens and vineyard. Very friendly staff and a welcoming relaxing atmosphere made for a very pleasant weekend. Highly recommended.
