Noise from outside DJ party should be limited till 10 pm

No beach access - should have been a must
Rooms are average in comparison to price - could have been more cleaner and tidy also very poor surrounding with no view at all - forced to remain closed window all the time
Most importantly Sterling did not informed us about on going traffic mess on the date of arrival due to some local religious festive, which caused big hassles for us with senior citizen and kids locked up in car on the road for several hours.

The property what not at all like what was advertised on the website. No beach access and rooms not very nice.
