Outstanding views of Bom Jesus and the city of Braga. Dining options are limited. Hotel rooms have no coffee maker and the bedding needs to be renewed.

AVOID. This should be 2 star
Posted 27 Jul 2019 on Hotels2 star hotel BEWARE. This hotel is TERRIBLE, I dont know how hey got away with 4 star rating.
The hotel room is dirty, floor rug is worn out and disgusting to walk on.
Bed sheets are torn and stained after so many washes.
The room feels like a monk cloister cell, it is small .
The only positive is the location if you are visiting the Bom Jesus church .

Posted 24 Sep 2018 on HotelsThis hotel is one of 4 located in the grounds of Bom Jesus. The grounds are spectacular and this made our stay very special. However the hotel whilst clean and staff helpful and polite, is dated and needs some repair (fridge didn't work). Bed mattresses were uncomfortable and I think the sheets could have been renewed based on the fact that this is a 4 star hotel. The wifi was very weak in our room and unsecured. Our room did have a small balcony with a view to the Basilica, top of the stairs and over the city of Braga, so it is hard to complain!

Great place to stay if Bom Jesus is your thing
