Well situated, easy parking, clean and reasonably priced. Booking through Expedia was cheaper than direct through the hotel.

Only fault is I had no air con or any way of getting fresh air in to the room apart from a little vent. Other than that, beautiful building

The bed at this hotel was the worst I have ever slept in, including camping! I think I’ve had about four hours sleep over the two nights. The bed sloped into the middle a lot.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Architecture nice, but I’m so tired I wanted to come home last night. I could see a Premier Inn from the windows and wish I had gone there to sleep.

Actually all was pretty nice until I got a charge for $382.00 after I checked out for a damaged TV. I never used the TV so have no real idea how it got damaged. I have tried to work this out with the Hotel but they will not listen to me.
So if you choose to stay here I would be careful as to what they might charge you after you leave. They did not contact me before they made the charge. Remember they have your CC number and can claim whatever they want. I am so frustrated by this.

I expected my room to be nice, clean and not smell of cigarettes being a non smoker I was left in a pickle as I couldn't be moved from that room. It's safe to say I had a terrible night.

My husband,is in a,wheelchair and the the accesible entrance doirs,were closed. When I asked if he could help he told me to just push the doors and was,very unhelpful when we left to go out for the evening, the room was,on the first floor and we were told it was an wheelchair accexible room but thete were 2 steps down into the toilet and shower and the fire alarm went off twice, fortunately is,was a false alarm, but lifts were out of use and so we were left at the top of the steps
