The whole experience was crappy. We didn’t get a key to our room and that was inconvenient, to say the least. Advertisement said there was a microwave and we didn’t have one. We asked for more coffee and the clerk was rude about it. It wasn’t very clean.

Unfortunately there was hair in the tub and sink, asked for towels there were only bath towels no face towels, heat didn’t work properly, internet wouldn’t connect, cigarette holes in my sheets and comforter, I could go on and on I will not be staying here ever again…

It looks like at one time this was a top of the line properties. But now it needs a update.

Rooms remodeled, but outside of property is very rundown.

No pillow cases and dirty pillows. No towel change or room clean. Other than that it was normal.

The outside of the building looked rundown. Our room was very clean and we were pleased with it.

One bath towel? And that was badly stained. No washcloths or hand towels. TV was difficult to operate and required the desk clerk coming to my room to fix it. And even then, the remote did not operate the volume control.
