Location is great. Old building. Some of the front office desk staff are good, some are grumpy/unhelpful. The toilets need better maintenance and more frequent cleaning. The rooms aren't quiet at all - a lot of noise/sound seeps in.

Only very average attention to maintenance in shared kitchen & ablutions facilities.

There was no mention of no shower/toilet facilities in the room. There was no A/C or even a fan. 14 day holiday in 4 states, staying at 12 different hotels/motels, and this ranked at the bottom. Stayed in Canberra on 4 different occasions and the hotel accommodation was far better at all 4 of them. Priced the same so wasn't expecting to be this far below expectations. Sorry. I won't be back.

Hi Robert, we apologise that your stay was less than satisfactory however, we must disagree with you when you say that you weren't informed of our shared amenities. We are extremely confident that information regarding the shared amenities is listed in a very clear area of all of our booking sites. Perhaps you overlooked this information. We are also a little confused as to why you would require an A/C or fan - when Canberra's temperature has been -1 or more overnight. Our accommodation offers hydronic heating in all rooms, which is extremely efficient in the cooler months, if you required a fan during your stay, you could have asked our reception desk and they would have organised one for you.All the best on your travels, we're also glad that you won't be staying again.
