Room was decent, the second floor balcony was leaning and the wood was in bad shape. The pool area could use some tlc. Everything was clean though.

Easy to find , very clean picturesque , spacious room , all amenities , coffee and muffins in am fridge , microwave , coffee maker

Arrived at 7 pm, office closed, key was left taped to front door. Staff was suppose to be there until 10 pm. Room was ok, bathroom had hair on floor and heat register. No one at front desk to ask for vacuum. Nothing open this late in season (9/19) to get food at 7 pm. Probably better during summer season.

I found the man at the front desk extremely rude. He said in a very rude tone, "let's make sure your credit card doesn't decline before I give you a key". I had paid in full before I got there! We found the room quite run down. I will not go back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The coffee and muffins in the lobby was a nice touch too. Only glitch was sound on tv. I think it was a programming issue. He did replace the cable box but still happened. I did figure out that if you turn the tv off and back on the sound would come back, so it was fixable. :) Overall a wonderful restful stay.
