"The location is spectacular - on the edge of the bush, opposite a small beach and within walking distance to town. The hotel itself is quirky. We liked the colours and stone but these might not be to everyone’s taste. I missed having coffee making in the room and didn’t find the bed all that comfortable but I would still stay here again due to the location and quiet. "

"This is a great family choice. The apartments Marija are a very high standard with good air conditioning. You have access to the adjacent hotels pool (Sun beds 20 kuna each ) and bar for those drinks whilst you can watch your kids. Sea access also from hotel (for older children as you use a short ladder into the sea , like a swimming pool). "I though these apartments were great value for money. They enjoy stunning views over the village, harbour and across to mainland Croatia. We had a one bedroom unit which was fairly spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had family and friends staying at 'The White House' just 4 doors away so the location was great for us. "The don't read the e-mails, they don't reply to phone calls. The management is a mess and couldn't accommodate us because of miscommunication with hotels.com. We had to be accommodated elsewhere, which was a nightmare, especially in early August."

Perhaps a little minimalist, especially as for self-catering there are only two hobs and a kettle (and limited cooking utensils) but a klarge fridge-freezer.
