"Amazing experience as soon as you walk in. You feel cared for and catered to. I loved how you can park just a few feet away from your “casita” the room and outside area were divine. Staff anywhere at anytime were the more pleasant people with always a smile on their face. Only 2 restaurants on the actual property and be sure to be ready to spend a lot of money if you plan to dine on the resort. I wish there was an indoor pool. "

"Having been in sefona 3 times, this was my first at the ridge. The property is beautiful! Classy and tastefully done, i could live there. The property offers a scavenger hunt (easy and hard), 3 dvds to watch out of 100 movie titles to choose, board games to take to your room, a pool and 3 hot tubs (even one for 14 yr old and over), human sized chess board, complimentary laundry (some have w/d in their rooms otherwise there are machines free and secure for guests to use including complimentary laundry detergent), golf, driving range, etc. It's a welcoming experience for the whole family. The only thing I could say the improve would be better signage/directionals to find the front desk and other buildings. I went to multiple buildings and then someone in their staff was so sweet to escort me to the correct biilding to check in. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
