When we arrived at the hotel the room they had for us was a single room with just a king bed. I made reservations for a king bed and pull out sofa since there were three adults staying in the same room. My reservation was prepaid, in order to get a room with 2 queen bed, they had to cancel my original reservation with no refund and make a new one charging me a higher rate. It took a lot of back and forth with t g e staff, ubtil they call a supervisir who okayed the change without charging me again. Somehow a room with a pull out sofa magically appeared. Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. This is the third time that i have reservations problems with this hotel chain. It will be the last.
