The reason we booked a hotel rather than stay with family was to have a quiet place for my daughter to nap. For 90 minutes during her nap time the staff were testing the fire alarm and knocking on doors to hear the alarm. Not very restful.

The arrival was short and sweet with a information card being provided rather than any actual conversation. With basic things like breakfast not being informed. The room was a mission away from the lobby. The breakfast area was over run by a group of kids, so I sat in the bar area which was connected to the restaurant and an employee told me that section was closed. So much for having a peaceful breakfast. The room was not soundproof as noise could be heard from the parking area. But to top it off, as I was about to leave at 12:00pm the check-out time. I had a "room check" completed, my luggage was clearly visible as packed in the room and all I needed to do was put on my coat. Yet an employee knocked on my door to check I was leaving and when I left the room 60 seconds later the same employee was stood outside of my room. Talk about making someone feel that they have outstayed their welcome. So much for being a gold member right?

I expected better quality, both food and room. At $230 when I could book a hotel room right beside for $120 The “suite” looked more like a cheap ski rental room, chipped cheap furniture etc we went for buffet breakfast but left when we saw the food

Friendly, exceptional service. Quiet. Rooms are very clean. I would especially like to thank Melissa for the exceptional care and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend the Four Points. The restaurent in the hotel also has excellent service. Large menu and the food is well done and very tasty. Very affordable.
