This was an excellent choice for my mini vacation. It was clean with an option of dining or a little action at the in house bar. The staff were nice as well.

Gorgeous hotel. Very comfortable bed. The staff was so nice.
The apps on the TV didn't work, which was a little annoying, but I also never asked for any help- so I can't fault anyone.

This property was absolutely stunning. I traveled solo and I felt extremely safe. My one and only dislike is that the discount for th spa & food/beverage credit was not granted.

During our stay on our final night it was like being in an unbelievable party on the 4th floor in room 417! The hotel itself is beautiful, but we were totally shocked to experience the total rudeness of the guests while we were there! We stayed for 4 nights and were initially on floor #2. On the first and second night, the airline crew person above us made so much constant noise late at night and a portion of the next day and night while we were in our room that we asked to be moved after the second night! The hotel was so nice and moved us to room 415 for the 3rd and 4th night, and everything was fine, but things got horrible on our 4th night! New people in the adjourning room must have checked in on our 4th night, because around Thursday midnight when they came into their hotel room, it sounded like a loud college fraternity partying that lasted until 1:30 am! Loud music, loud laughing and screaming, loud talking, loud profanity, running around, door slamming, then to our shock it started up again at 7:30 am and they were even louder with everything than they were at midnight! We couldn’t believe it! That noise lasted for about 2 hours! In all of our hotel stays over the many years of our travels, we have never experienced anything like this level of rudeness with the guest like we did at the Delavan Hotel! We checked out that day and told the really nice male housekeeper who was in the hallway while we were leaving our room what our horrible experience was staying there!
