This property is subpar. The customer service is a little below average. Not very accommodating. I did hear one of the employees cleaning the room be VERY loud and disrespectful to another employee. Had to tell him to quiet down as it was 7am.

The room smelled so bad that I couldn’t bring my bags in overnight. I was afraid the smell would get into my clothes. The location is in a desolate area adjacent to a semi truck lot.

Room without a working key card
We checked in at 11pm tired from driving 9 hours. Went to the room and the key cards didn’t work so I went back to the desk and she gave me new keys and said if these don’t work she may have to open it with a key. I go back up and again they didn’t work either. I go back down while my family is standing outside and she is taking care of another customer so I wait and after about 8 minutes she says I will open the door for you we don’t rent this room very much. So she opened it with a real key and walked away, I said so I don’t get a key to my room? She says the manager will be in at 6 am. We sleep and leave the kids in the room while we went to the lobby for coffee and the manager, I told him we don’t have a key and his reply was to yell at me and ask my room number and told me he would open my door for me. That was not acceptable. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. He was mean to me and very rude. When you pay for a room I expect to have a key to get in without having to ask a manager to let me in. I will never stay there again

Had a Non smoking room but the vent in the bathroom let all the smoke in from another room. We are non smokers so it was terrible. It was clean. Staff was nice.

Key card on door does not work have to go to office everytime i leave room. Firealarm goes off as soon as i enter room and relax. Carpet has holes all over the room switches are filthy plugs just painted over and desk chair worn to the threads. Worst hotel

Asked guy at front desk if i could have a late check out because my transmission went out and i tried to get a rent a car that night before and they canceled it right before i got there and said they had no vehicles. So next morning i made 2 reservations for cars one in bowling green kentucky and one in nashville Tennessee to try and make sure i could get a car and get home since they canceled the one the night before on me. I get almost to bowling green get a call they canceled it they have no vehicles so i have to go to nashville. I explain to front desk what happend and ask if i could have late check out. He said yeah but only 45 minutes at the most. I said ok. As im in nashville getting my rent a car my sister calls me and said the front desk guy called 10 minutes prior to 11( which is regular check out time) and told her we have 10 minutes to get our stuff out of the hotel room or he is charging us for another night. So heres my sister running all our stuff to the curb with the kids and sitting on the curb tell i got there. :'( So when i got back i went and talked to him and i said i thought you said you would give me 45 minutes. He said no i didnt. It was a complete nightmare. I suggest no one ever stay there.
