Hat a mess

The lady at the dront desk, had attitude like she was mad, her voice was not frinenly she need to more profesional with the customers. Went a book the room on the web side the pictures that showed is not the same went you get in that room. I wll not return again to Days inn.

I got two rooms, one for my husband and myself and one for my MIL. When we checked in the woman at the front counter wasn’t necessarily rude just very flat and didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Upon checkout the next morning we walked to our vehicle and saw that it had been hit and severely damaged, there was a gentleman working the front desk this time, the wonder I believe, he was just plain rude, we asked about cameras and even though he has 3 of them, they’re not recording, no one reported the damage but being right outside of the front lobby seems like someone would have heard something. The hotel itself definitely needs updated, not handicap accessible and it just smelled awful.

Hello, You had reserved 2 SMOKING ROOMS , which are located on 3rd floor. So, they can't be handicapped and will have smoke smell, as they are smoking rooms. As for the damage you claim happened at our hotel, it may be argued that it happened else where but you say it happened at the hotel. Your car was parked outside the front desk visible area, so if it ever happened here, the desk clerk would have notice. Our camera system was hacked 2 months ago and therefore does not record and cannot be played back. The cops already know about it as they were here a month ago. So, If I told you that the cameras do not record, it does not mean that I am rude. But, I was just stating a fact.

Great value for the price

Staff was friendly, room was clean; however, small if you're staying with more than 2 people. Bathroom was clean and partially remodeled, new bathtub and counter/sink. Just fine for a quick sleep and return to travel in the am. Breakfast was biscuits, gravy, waffles, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, fruit, juice etc... Great value for the price.
