I don't like the fact that they charge for everything from towel even tissue. Then they knock on the door and wake you up way before 11am something in the middle of the night asking me if I'm checking out when they policy says check out not untill 11@.

The charges for linen and toiletries are outlined in the Policies of the hotel. This is your 2nd review stating your concerns, however company policy and procedures were abided.

Lots of people traffic. People coming in and out. Very noisy. Right up against the highway. You'll get no sleep.

I didn't like anything there. My room had a bad order.

Only there for a night was supposed to be a queen bed room had a full size bed in it

Showed up and they said they didn’t have a room

We showed up about 6:15p.m. and they said there was no room available and they couldn’t give me a refund and hotels.com would have to. Hotels.com has been no help so far

No frills, extended stay environment.

The staff was super friendly, but had slim presence as they’re a one-man-show so to speak.. thus did everything. Towel exchange charge applies, $2 for two towels for two guests. No front desk attendant, employees or security onsite after 10PM and cleaning is only available by request and after the 4th day of your stay. Be prepared, bring everything.
