I have never stayed at a place so clean before! We have 3 little kids and it was great to have space for them to run outside. The people were so lovely to deal with! Even I messed up my check out day they were so patient and helpful. I miss this place already and we will defiantly be back!

Beautifully kept property ! Very clean, comfortable bed, fluffy towels. We loved the rural feel but still so so close to the main town. Coming from the city, it is so nice to watch the birds out the window and a bunny or two hop by at dusk in the nearby paddock. Love the evening sky in the country (look up and see how bright the stars are!

Was very picturesque with a great history Alex was very welcoming and there is a small orchard just out side the doors There was only 2 small problems, due the historical nature of the building the bathroom is outside the cottage as it was raining it made for rather uncomfortable trips to the bathroom. The second thing to consider there is no noise barrier between the cottage and the main house the guests at the main house were up playing music at midnight. I would definitely visit again but as a larger group hiring both the main house and the cottage

Beautiful, Contemporary Country Charm, High Quality Linen and Accommodation, Beautiful Spot and Very Quiet and Private. Feels like you are in the country yet a 2min drive into the heart of Busselton. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Nothing to not like. If you enjoy comfort, friendliness, high end accomodation, you must come to stay on the Fairlawn Estate. The owners have worked wonders with their renovations. Can't wait to come back.
