Excellent customer service. The manager was extremely helpful. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

All the staff were top class,the hotel & staff 10/10 very polite & efficient & could not do enough for you and it was no trouble whatsoever

Lovely accomodation close to the beach. Very clean and well presented. Special mention to owner Pietro and manager Nancy. They both provided a personal service and went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend.

Great place to spend holiday.

Our time at the Reginella was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms/apartments were clean new and the standard was better than expected. We spent 3 weeks there and would gladly stay there again.

Hotel By The Sea

Pros: The staff were so friendly I felt like part of their family.
Cons: Nothing it was perfect as it was.
Location: The location is good, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby all eager to get to know and please.
From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff at this hotel, from the Manager to the lovely cleaner were warm, friendly and eager to please. Don't have what you want for breakfast? Just ask and they will get it for you. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with lots of space. Would definitely return there!

Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff extremely pleasant. Only complaint is pillows are way too hard.

Pros: The room, the view and the staff.
Cons: Nothing--the hotel was fabulous!
The staff was just fantastic. They were helpful and so hospitable! The location is perfect--with a sea side view. The rooms were so clean, new, and generous in size with 3 different sleeping spaces. I would stay here in a heart beat. The kitchen in the room was so convenient and having 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group of travellers.
