Could do with a good revamp. Thread bare, dirty carpets, squeaky floorboards and lukewarm water in the bathroom. Breakfast was good but I was concerned by the number of large flies buzzing around the dining room!

Very old and unkept property outside. Windows view was terrible. Room was too hot and too little ventilation

This is the second time I have stayed here and will happily stay again. The rooms are quiet, clean and the team are always friendly
